Description
To develop a Hybrid mobile application that will provide you with information regarding the quality of air and the level of pollutants that surround the area around you.It will also provide you with information regarding the optimum levels of oxygen and pollutants that are required and short term solutions to such problems. Also there will be an icon using which you can donate a certain amount to the WHO,which will in turn use the money to fight air pollution.
The problem here being air pollution. The effects of which are disastrous and dangerous for the environment in which we live in and therefore directly dangerous to us.The effects of air pollution can now be clearly seen in Beijing,China and Mexico City,Mexico to name a few.It is a Global problem that effects every citizen of our world. Now,what the idea stated above will do is that it will increase awareness amongst the citizens. With the ever increasing use of smartphones and the increasing demand of mobile applications, this is a great manner in which awareness can be brought out within the minds of the people.People do not have direct information about the level of air pollution in their respected areas and since the initial stages are not clear and cannot be seen,it is not considered as a problem. But, the question "what is the level of pollution around me?" is that of a curious nature, which will lure people to this application and give them a proper understanding and knowledge of the problems that engulf their home. Therefore definitely raising awareness and maybe also revenue to fight such a forefront problem.
