This app is named 3lipp because of the random socializing. “You are only a blip in the radar.” Is the phrase that comes to mind. Because of the random socializing, you need to make a great impression to attract someone to keep chatting.

3lipp is the app where you can interact and socialize with random people. If you’re tired of chatting with someone or just want to move on, then press 3lipp and another random person will be available to chat with.

A random person will have his/her profile picture, username, gender, and age provided only to you. You only have 141 characters (including spaces) to make your case to keep that person interested. They can also press 3lipp and chat with another random person. This app combines the social activities of Twitter and Chat Roulette.

Set up is very simple. Provide a username, age, gender, and upload a single picture from your mobile device as your profile picture. Accept the user agreement and press 3lipp to begin chatting.

3lipp can be used to just randomly chat with people, connect with those you’re interested, and maybe find more. We suggest you don’t provide any personal information, but if you build a trusted rapport with that person then we can’t stop you.

The user agreement is very important. You must agree to it before you can chat. It provides legal language and advises the user to not give out any personal information. This also leaves 3lipp separated from any misconduct the user does on 3lipp. There is no minimum age, but we strongly advise that the user be 18+ years of age.

Costs will be $4,000 – $10,000 to create, setup, and finalize the app. Marketing will cost about $1,000 - $2,000 to promote. The idea is in its infant stages and it will not come together without smart funding and positive support. We want to put it on the Apple’s iTune and Google’s Android markets.

I truly believe this app will be the next Twitter, Instragram, or Snapchat. The upside is incredible.
